Ben grew up in South Carolina and lived in Bellingham, Washington for six years before moving to New York City. He came to faith in Christ at a young age and works as a commercial property manager in Manhattan. Ben is motivated by Micah 6:8: “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?” He enjoys the outdoors and a good cup of coffee.
Auset was born and raised in Kew Gardens. She is a lawyer with a passion for civil rights and social justice. Auset has been attending Grace Baptist Church since 2013 and accepted Christ at age 21. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, photography, and traveling.
Ben and Auset met at Grace Baptist Church and were married in May of 2024. Together, they enjoy, cooking, disc golf, and eating pho. As deacons, they help lead and organize the children’s ministries, including nursery, elementary, and teen programs. Please feel free to reach out to them with any questions and/or suggestions.
